WELLSHIRE MEN’S GOLF CLUB (WMGC)
REGISTRATION and BENEFIT INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest one of the best men’s club in the Denver area. The Wellshire Men’s Golf Club offers its members the following membership level packages:
Please note all Tournaments are held during the weekend, there is no tournament play Monday-Friday. Except for team or singles match play.
- Wellshire Men’s Golf Club Tournament Players Club*$175 by credit card–USGA Handicap plus the following additional benefits: 2 Banquets and 1 Post-tournament picnic. Opportunity to enter all tournaments (additional entry fee required). Tournament prizes include: Pro Shop Merchandise, Par 3 closest-to-the-pin awards, HOLE-in-ONE pot, and optional skins games.
Pre-Season Referral Program (ends April 15): An existing member will receive a $25 Pro Shop credit after both have signed up and paid their annual dues. (Only Tournament Players Club Members paying full dues are eligible for this one-time credit.) Please provide the existing member name in the referral slot on your registration form.
If you’ve had an Official USGA Handicap through GHIN within the last 2 years please have your GHIN number available, plus a club name if not through Wellshire
Your GHIN will be active once your application is approved. This process will take several days and you will be notified by Todd Jansen with your GHIN number. The Colorado Golf Association season begins on March 15th and ends on November 14th. Your GHIN number is for the 03/15/2021 - 11/14/2021 season.
With successful membership registration you will receive a Welcome Member Letter with instructions to create a unique login which provides access to our Golf Genius Web site and instructions on how to navigate our site.
*New Tournament Players Club Members without an established handicap will be contacted via email by the Handicap Chairman, Todd Jansen, with your assigned GHIN number and necessary requirements to establish a Handicap Index. Those players joining WMGC as Tournament Players with established handicaps will be reviewed by the Handicap Chairman & Handicap Committee.

An 18 - hole regulation course with a full pro shop, driving range and golfer’s pub, designed by Donald Ross in 1926. Voted one of the best public facilities in the nation, Wellshire Golf Course strives to maintain that reputation. Its layout winds through mature trees and the challenges on holes 12 through 14 are referred to by locals as “Amen Corner”.
Golfers throughout Colorado can enjoy championship golf located within minutes of Downtown Denver. This 18 hole public course measures 6,498 yards from the back tees and 5,720 yards from the forward tees. It's a true challenge to the best players while accommodating those with higher handicaps.
Join the men's club as a tournament member and compete in more than a dozen flighted and handicapped tournaments, win prizes, attend the Spring and Fall banquets, socialize, and have fun! The Tournament season includes many different tournament formats with a two-day Club Championship and also team match play and flighted individual match play.
